Thank you very much, Elizabeth. This article gives me hope, as well as the present student movement (wave) sweeping through Italy, based on no particular ideology or program or political platform, but on a sense that the old order has to be demolished, to make room for a better order in general. Otherwise, it means the on-going agony of many of Italy's fine citizens, those of course who do not escape, elsewhere, anywhere.
In Rome for over half my life, I have adapted, but continue to grow and strive to thrive. It is a process, but it can be fun.
